How to Install ADW Launcher for Spica

•  Download ADW Launcher.
  
  
• extract the zip file which was downloaded, then copy Launcher.apk from app folder to the device if you want to use a terminal emulator or Folder-SDK-there/tools / if you want to use adb.
  
  
•  rename Launcher.apk to LauncherADW.apk.
  
  
• push the file to / system / app /, if using adb:
  adb shell remount rw
  adb push LauncherADW.apk / system / app adb shell chmod 644 / system / app / LauncherADW.apk
  
  if you make use of a terminal emulator like BTEP:
  su
  remount rw
  cp / sdcard / LauncherADW.apk / system / app / chmod 644 / system / app / LauncherADW.apk
